Smoothed out my tempo

Been quick from the top my whole life and it wrecks my irons. Did a few swings with this before every range session for a fortnight and the difference is real, im not lunging at it anymore. The weight makes you feel when your rushing which is the whole point i suppose. Nice simple bit of kit.
