Centerfaced Golf – Orders, Returns & Refund Policy
1. Order Completion & Cancellations
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Orders enter our processing system immediately after checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including items and shipping address, are correct before completing their purchase.
2. Return Requests
We offer a 30-day return request window from the date your order is delivered.
All returns must be requested and approved by our support team before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required
Return instructions, including the return address, are provided only after approval.
3. Return Shipping & Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Prepaid return labels are not provided
Return shipping addresses may be located outside the customer’s country.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are not issued for damaged or defective items. Our resolution in these cases is replacement only. In most situations, a return of the item is not required.

7. European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
