How to Use
Set the mirror on the ground
Place the trainer flat behind your golf ball with the center line pointing straight toward your target.
Align your eyes
Stand in your putting stance and use the mirror to position your eyes directly over — or just slightly inside — the target line.
Adjust the alignment guards
Slide the clear guard rails inward or outward to match your preferred stroke path (straight-back-straight-through or slight arc).
The rails should sit just outside the width of your putter head, giving you a clean track to follow.
Check your shoulder and face angle
Use the guide lines on the mirror to ensure your shoulders and putter face are perfectly square before starting the stroke.
Make smooth practice strokes
Stroke the putter between the guards without touching them. If you hit a rail, your path is drifting — adjust and correct.
Train center-ball impact
Use the central strike gate and lines to ensure your putter is contacting the ball in the exact middle of the face for a pure roll.
