1. Assemble the Base Frame

   Connect the frame pieces together to form the rectangular base.

   Ensure all joints click or slide firmly into place.
   
3. 
   Position the base where you plan to practice, leaving enough room behind you to swing safely.
   

2. Insert the Fiberglass Poles

1. 
   Slide each fiberglass pole through the fabric sleeves along the sides of the net.
   
2. 
   The poles should curve naturally once inserted.
   
3. 
   Attach each pole end into the corresponding frame corner.
   

3. Raise the Net

1. 
   Once both poles are secured to the frame, gently pull the net upright.
   
2. 
   The tension from the curved poles will hold the net in its full shape.
   
3. 
   Ensure the catch-pocket (bottom of the net) is fully extended to absorb balls.
   

4. Secure the Net (Outdoor Use Only)

If practising outdoors:

1. 
   Use the included ground stakes to anchor the frame.
   
2. 
   Push stakes into the ground at each corner for stability in wind or on uneven surfaces.
   

5. Position Your Hitting Mat

1. 
   Place the hitting mat approximately 1.5–2 meters in front of the net for ideal striking distance.
   
2. 
   Ensure the mat lies flat and is stable before swinging.
   

6. Set Up the Ball Tray

1. 
   Position the ball tray beside or behind the mat for easy access.
   
2. 
   Fill with practice balls and ensure it’s stable on the ground.
   

7. Safety Check Before Hitting

Double-check:

• 
  Net is fully upright and tensioned.
  
• 
  Poles are securely seated in the frame.
  
• 
  No one is behind or beside the net.
  
• 
  Ground surface is stable.
